    Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, research-backed therapy that helps process and integrate distressing or traumatic experiences. By using bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements), EMDR supports the brain’s natural ability to heal, reducing emotional distress and promoting new perspectives.

    EMDR can be especially effective for:

    • Post-traumatic stress

    • Anxiety and panic

    • Negative self-beliefs

    • Relationship challenges rooted in past experiences

    You don’t need to have a specific trauma to benefit — EMDR can also help untangle the smaller, cumulative experiences that shape how we see ourselves and others.

At this time, sessions are available via secure telehealth only. This allows for flexibility, accessibility, and comfort — therapy from wherever you are.
