For when life gives you lemons

WELCOME – MY NAME IS CHRISTINE

When life feels overwhelming, you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to help you make sense of what’s in front of you and find a path forward.

How can I help today?

Life is full of moments that can leave us feeling stuck, uncertain or overwhelmed

At times, we all need support in making sense of our experiences. I view therapy as a collaborative process—one where we work together as a team to explore your inner and outer world, identify your strengths and move toward the goals that matter most to you. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where healing and growth feel possible.

Explore how we can work together

  • Begin with a no-cost introduction.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step — and finding the right fit matters. I offer a complimentary 15-minute telehealth consultation to discuss your goals, answer questions, and determine if we’re the right match.

You don’t have to know exactly what you need yet — this is simply a space to connect and explore next steps together.

  • Support designed around your needs.

Individual therapy provides an opportunity to explore your experiences, relationships, and challenges in a safe, collaborative environment. Together, we’ll identify patterns, develop coping tools, and move toward the growth and balance you’re seeking.

Sessions are tailored to meet your goals using trauma-informed, strength-based, and relational approaches — with space for both reflection and practical tools.

  • Evidence-based trauma care for healing and growth.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, research-backed therapy that helps process and integrate distressing or traumatic experiences. By using bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements), EMDR supports the brain’s natural ability to heal, reducing emotional distress and promoting new perspectives.

EMDR can be especially effective for:

    • Post-traumatic stress

    • Anxiety and panic

    • Negative self-beliefs

    • Relationship challenges rooted in past experiences

You don’t need to have a specific trauma to benefit — EMDR can also help untangle the smaller, cumulative experiences that shape how we see ourselves and others.

Please note that insurance does not cover EMDR sessions for non-PTSD clients. If you are interested in this service, follow up with your insurance about Out of Pocket benefits!
