BIO
I'm a board-certified art therapist and EMDR-trained clinician with over a decade of experience supporting adults through life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges.
My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. Therapy with me is a collaborative process — we explore your internal and external world together, identify patterns, reconnect to your strengths, and build toward the life and relationships you want.
Alongside trauma-informed practices, I bring warmth, curiosity, and a sense of humor when appropriate. Healing can be challenging work — but it can also include lightness, relief, and moments of real connection.
I feel honored to support individuals through their most meaningful personal work, and I’m committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are.
I’m licensed and operating out of Massachusetts.

As a Board-Certified Art Therapist, I integrate creative expression into the healing process. Art therapy provides an alternative language for emotions and experiences that may be difficult to express verbally. It’s not about artistic skill—it’s about using imagery and symbolism to explore your inner world, promote self-understanding, and support emotional release in a safe, guided way.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps people process and heal from trauma, anxiety, and distressing experiences. It works by reprocessing memories that may still feel “stuck,” allowing your brain and body to integrate them in a healthier way. Many clients find EMDR helps them reduce triggers, gain clarity, and feel more grounded in the present.
-
I earned my Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling, where I studied the intersection of psychology, creativity, and neuroscience. My training focused on trauma-informed care, expressive arts therapy, and somatic approaches to mental health—equipping me to support clients through both verbal and nonverbal paths to healing.
-
Over the past decade, I’ve provided therapy in both private practice and community mental health settings. My work has included supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, and life transitions. Each experience has reinforced my belief in people’s capacity for resilience and change when given the right tools and support.
-
I believe the best therapists are lifelong learners. I regularly engage in continuing education and supervision to deepen my understanding of trauma, mindfulness, somatic processing, and creative interventions. This ongoing commitment ensures my clients receive care that’s current, compassionate, and grounded in both science and humanity.
